Bike Friendly Soo: The sole purpose of the Fund shall be to raise money for the mission of the Bike Friendly Soo group
Chippewa County Honors our Veterans: This fund supports the unmet needs of veterans and their families who reside in Chippewa County.
Dowtown Sault Ste. Marie Gardens: Established to provide funds to improve and maintain the downtown gardens and greenspace.
EUP Reading Alliance: This fund supports community programs, practices and procedures in the Eastern Upper Peninsula with the goal of improving literacy in area residents – with a primary focus on youth.
Malcolm Park Pride: Established by the Malcolm Park Pride Committee for the purpose of infrastructure improvements to Malcolm Park.
Sault Pride: Initially formed twenty years ago to renovate the athletic field. The Coach Herman T. Crane Scholarship and the Coach Dubow Athletic Scholarship are part of this fund.
Sault Pride LGBTQ+ Committee Special Project Fund: The purpose of this fund is to support awareness of issues facing the LGBTQ+ community, support other organizations that provide services to LGBTQ+ youth and families and promote the acceptance of all people, regardless of orientation or identity in the community.
Soo Locks Children’s Museum: This fund will support the Soo Locks Children’s Museum.
SsSMART Group (Sault Ste. Marie Area Recreation Trails): Provides funding to develop and maintain a sustainable trail system in our community.
The Panther Legacy Project Fund: The Purpose of the Panther Legacy Project Unendowed Special Projects Fund is to further enhance the Pickford Public School Districts growth and development via the use of naming opportunities to generate capital for various District uses as the District identifies them.
The St. Mary’s Walleye Club for Veteran’s Fishing Day: Help the St. Mary’s Walleye Club as they honor our Veterans by offering a FREE day of competition multi-species fishing on the St. Mary’s River. This includes a fish fry and awards for all our veterans, their families, boat captains and all of our volunteers.
Victim Service Unit: Established to support the Victims Service Unit organized by the Chippewa County Sheriff’s Department.
Youth and Community Mental Health Fund: The Purposes of the fund will be to support community projects that improve youth and community mental health.
Zeke Dutcher Memorial Foundation: Established by Zeke’s family to raise awareness and provide funding for childhood cancer research, and to provide funding to non-profit organizations that assist in the aid, comfort, and wellness of children with cancer and their families.
